Order cut off times:

  • Auckland  & N. Island – 2 day delivery – order Wednesday for delivery before weekend
  • North Island Rural  - Order Cut-off 12pm for 3 day delivery – order Tuesday for delivery before weekend
  • South Island (Major Centre) – Order Cut-off  12pm for 4 day delivery – order Monday for delivery before weekend
  • South Island Rural – Order Cut-off 12pm 4 day delivery – order Monday for delivery before weekend

What does shipping cost?

Purchase over $500 NZD receive free standard shipping NZ wide. Under this amount incurs a $10 fee. 


What if I need to change my order?

We are unable to make changes to orders once placed. Orders are processed very quickly, so if you need to cancel your order please call +61 424 048 729 immediately. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t cancel orders once they have shipped. 

Can I track my order?

Please contact sales@lyres.com.au with your order number if you wish to track your order. You can find your order number on the “My orders” page of your account.

What if my product is damaged?

Please contact your sales representative within 7 days of purchase as soon as you can with your order number and details of the incorrect or damaged product.

You may be required to provide photographs of the damaged goods so we can investigate into the shipping/packaging process to ensure this won’t happen again.

If there is a problem when receiving your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you with the appropriate refund or replacement. To enable the Customer Service team to efficiently address your enquiry, please provide your order number, full name and contact details.
